** Nordnet analyst Per Hansen says that although a strong
USD is a warning sign of global challenges, it's good for Danish
exporters, including life science companies, which generate a
large portion of their income in the American currency
** In a year USD value to DKK has increased more than 20%,
with the American dollar also strengthening against key
currencies such as GBP, JPY and CNY, he points out
** The analyst names Novo Nordisk NOVOb.CO , Coloplast
COLOb.CO , Demant DEMANT.CO , Lundbeck HLUNb.CO , AMBU
AMBUb.CO and Novozymes NZYMb.CO as beneficiaries
** Hansen says, however, the companies will not be able to
feel the effect of the rising USD in 2022 due to currency
hedging, and expects a delayed "USD bonanza" in 2023 for the
Danish life science sector
